In order to purchase KISreport, you are required to register in our website. If you don’t have the account yet, create one now by following
- Step1. Click Register Now on the main page.
- Step2. Fill out the information.
- Step3. Submit your information.
If you're already registered, please login.
If you forgot your ID or password, click Forgot your password fill out the infromation. A password reset email will be sent to you within few minutes.
You can always change your personal information or password on MY ACCOUNT page.

1 How do I receive the report I purchased?
You can download report within 24 hours by clicking on the company name on your order history.
2 Why is my credit card not going through?
Credit card authorization can be failed for various reasons. Please ensure that the name and credit card number is correctly entered. If the issue still isn’t resolved, please contact your credit card provider for details.
3 Is there any way to access the report after 24 hours?
Please send an email to orders1@nice.co.kr. Please include your name, subject (company name), purchased date and type of the report.
4 How do I get receipt after purchasing report?
You can download invoice from Order History page.
5 What should I do if I can’t open the file after purchasing the report?
You must have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to open the file. You can down load here. [Acrobat Reader Download]
6 Why does the report I purchased seem to be incomplete?
The coverage of the contents can vary from company to company. Please email to orders1@nice.co.kr if you would like to obtain more information. The offline report service is available upon your request.
7 What should I do if I can’t find a company or the information is outdated?
You may request an update by clicking the Update Request under Company Report menu, or you may contact orders1@nice.co.kr to request an offline report. Offline report is a report manually made by our credit analysts.
